Default help! coolant in intake ports!

Alright guys, i hope i didnt screw up that bad but heres what happened. I was gonna do an ls6 intake swap soon and 2 weeks ago i took apart my throtle body and egr. Yesterday one of my old buddies stoped by and wanted me to start it up so he could here it. I totally forgot about having the ******* parts off and i started the engine. It started ruff and then the idle went up really high and was bouncing off the rev limiter. Then i remembered the parts were off So today i started to take off the intake for my swap. After i got the intake off i looked into the ports with a flashlight and theres puddled of coolant in there. now what do i do?

yes, there are puddles around my valves. i stuck some paper towels in there to sop up some of it and fished it out with wire but i cant get all of the coolant cause some of the valves are open. what do i do and what could happen?
