My new Corvette Fever magazine says the new LS9 ZO6 will be based on the current 6.2L but supercharged. L92's on the Z06? Forged Pistons this time??? Any more info on this?

i don't know about that supercharger idea, kinda destroys the integrity of the GM powerplant, it's kinda cool runnin with cobras on all motor, something to brag about, i don't like the idea but my opinion don't mean $h!t

I think this will be good for GM. People will be having 750+ horsepower vettes on the stock bottom end. and in a couple of years when those motors are still running, GM will have proved itself.

Yes, i have read it is very similar to the SCharger found on the Caddy Northstar (Same type of design). I also prefer it be a N/A 600 HP 427 which they could achieve blindfolded if they wanted to!

im not beliving anything untill i see the car at the dealership.
i dont belive they are bringing back the camaro untill i see them at the dealership either. THAT is when you can quit speculating whether or not what is the deal with a car, and only then.. untill then there is to much speculation.

as for the engine SScott236, it is a diffrent way to mount a SC than is normally done. if you take a look at the Merc and Jag setups you will see its very similer. you mount the SC very low down, then the intercoolers are mounted ontop and there is a pair. i imagine this give you better intercooling than mounting the SC on top????
thanks Chris.
