Exclamation Weird 2004 A4 GTO Problem..

In my 2004 A4 GTO, I was in "D" doing around 55mph and did WOT around some cars, however, when I expected the car to shift to the next gear, it did not, it just went and hit the rev limiter. I immeadltly let off the gas and the car shifted into the next gear with no issues.

I have no other issues with the transmission at all.

I have increased the WOT upshift RPMs, downshift MPH, removed torque management, and turned up the shift firmness by 2% in the Predator handheld.

Can anyone tell me what could be going on? The car only has ~21,000 miles on it. I've owned the car since new.
