Question Head Studs

How much better is it to run head studs instead of your standard head bolts? I was going to be running about 15# of boost, should I? I don't know how much of an advantage they offer for the extra money and is it hard to install. Is their any special process to get them in and torque them down or do you just screw in the stud and torque the cap like a regular head bolt? What about the main bolts as well? Stud them or no?

I would surely stud the heads. They are very simple to install and are much more consistent than any bolt. To intsall them all you have to do is clean the bolt holes, hand thread the stud in, then install the head and torque down the nuts.

I would stud the mains if you already have the motor disassembled.

Using the same process as the head bolts? With the angle porcess and everything to strech out the bolts?
