Default Smoking at idle

Just did a cam install with the dual springs etc. The first few days after the cam install there were no problems. Had the car put on a dyno, and it made decent numbers, and had a A/F @ 12.9. No after that the car started to smoke a little at idle or when letting off the gas, but does not smokeunder WOT. It is obviously oil. I'm leaning toward it being a valve seal(s) that I didn't seat properly, and they eventually lifted from the vacuum causing it to smoke at idle and not WOT. It hasn't burned a lot of oil, but the smoke is visible when standing outside of the car. Am is my thinking in the right direction? More trouble shooting ideas etc.?

i might also lean towards a valve seal, what does it do when you let it sit for a while and then turn it on?....

Before the cam it would have a slight puff of smoke on start up, but never anything at idle. What would be the best way to check valve seals?
