Another Emissions Question

man, with the 306 cam, i think its going to be tough. you could buy another computer and have an emissions tune in it and swap computer, find a shop that will help you out, or just put 5-10 cats in your y-pipe and exhuast. goodluck! im so glad i dont have to worry about sniffer bullshit. its all visual, and my guy just pulls the car in the garage and puts a sticker on it....

It would be borderline if you pass. You could put a cutout after your cat and run it open. That way not much will come out the back. But it should be after the cat so it's not as loud or smelly. Hopefully the mechanic won't notice.

Well they do a mirror check for that kind of stuff im think why in the hell not two cats on the car and but a universal where the muffler used to be and run on pipe out the back... of course just for the day then i'll put the second cat off and put on the muffler again.

Back when I was into rx7s I read alot of big power guys would lean it out and run alcohol. I would try the multiple cats idea first though. I was able to pass one time with my borla though. The tech put the sniffer in the pipe that had almost no exhaust going through it. That test sheet was beautiful! damn near no emissions
