do they sell a manuel vavle body for a 98 camaro A4?cause i cant find one.

I dont know about the 4l60e but transgo has a kit for the 4l80e call them ?

Gears Magizine had a tech/how to article in May/June of 06 on making a 4L60e a manual shift - i have the article if anyone wants it. Its a .pdf file 10 pages long explaining how to do it.

Yes, there is a full manual valve body kit from TransGo, it has been out for years.
