Default car stalled from water

As a result of it pouring like crazy today here in Baton Rouge, I tried driving through some water and my car stalled (97 Trans Am). Ran a diagnostic, the only code it shows is "P0103 Mass Airflow circuit high frequency".
Could it be the opti?
I dunno where to start

The MAF meter got wet probably. Remove and spray out with Quick dry electronic parts cleaner.

car should run with the maf unplugged if it wont restart u might have hydrolocked it.. drain your oil at once and take out your plugs try cranking by hand also pour some mystery oil down in there last thing u want is rust to start
