Something aint right on that car. Possibly an idler bearing going out, but no, that second very high pitched whistle is not normal.

I have heard a lot of various superchargers, and I agree "sumtin ain't right". Hopefully they fix it before they try to drive it.

That thing sounds worse than mine did when the idler came loose and started rubbing into the bracket.

Sure there is, get a huge lumpy cam and open exhaust so the sound of the exhaust drowns out the whistle of the pro-charger haha.

I love the sound You can only really hear it at idle or when you let off after making boost (bypass)

Absolutely no way of hiding a procharger...especially with the race bypass valve.

Just ask Speedracer5532...his F1A/402 is loud even though true duals/cats!!! And its not much quieter at the front of the car if you know what I mean...

****** rocket though! I guess sometimes you have to make noise to make sick power!!!

My F1A is easily twice as loud as the D1SC, there is no hiding that thing unless you park next to a running huge cammed open header big block..

My D1 is s lot louder than I thought it would be. If I start my car and go back inside I can hear the whine all the way upstairs.

We're hijacking this guy's thread, but you haven't seen it in a while because it's missing insurance, a battery, and pretty much a 3/4 synchro assembly.
Sitting in my garage under a cover and hasn't moved since January.

Can't freaking wait to see your car.

sounds like a duck in heat lol jk....and no that doesnt sound normal to me anyways. Even the F1R ive heard didnt sound like that, the D1SC is obviously more docile but still they have a clean whistling sound to them. F1 whistled loudly but not that kind of loud. Your blower sounds like its screamin for help dude lol
