ANYONE RUNNING A TH400 Trans COME IN!!!
I am doing a g-body ls1 swap but i will be running my th400 trans that i already have conected to my 355 small block. i was wondering what converters are you guys using...i prefer a tight one since the car will have a huge cam but will be used as a daily driver. who makes good converters in the 3800 to 4000 stall range that are tight enough to daily drive? thanks guys...any help will be greatly appreciated!

OUTRAGIOUS.
He does build a hell of a verter and his prices suggest that on many apps.
It really depends on what kind of verter you need and how much power your making.
We have spent well over 2500 on one of his verters before.
But the car ran almost 190 in the 1/4 with a glide.
Everyone builds a good converter for a 400, they have been around forever.
I will also suggest Lane at PTC.
