Default Fan and Fuel relays

What does the PCM use to close the circuit on the fan and fuel pump relays? Is it a 12v signal or a ground?

pretty sure it is ground. i know it is on the fans, not positive on the fp maybe someone will back me up on this.

I think the fuel pump uses a 12V signal.

Cooling fans are ground
fuel pump is +12V
