New best in my '02 Z28 (minor bolt ons)!
Here is my time slip from Saturday night:
I'm not sure what the DA was. The temp was about 45* F and we had a 10 mph or so wind that switched between cross wind and headwind most of the day. I was at Milan Dragway in Milan, MI which has an elevation of about 650 ft.
My mods are as follows:
* FTRA
* Holley Powershot filter
* SLP Lid
* Aftermarket MAF ends
* Free mods (throttle stop & TB coolant bypass)
* gutted catalytic converters
* exhaust cutout
* Lakewood LCA's
* Removed spare tire & jack (no other weight reduction - 1/4 tank of gas)
* 26 x 10 x 16 MT E/T Drags on salad shooters w/ Weld Draglite skinnies up front.
The car is otherwise stock including stock clutch and rear. I was suprised as hell with this run. My previous best was a 12.56 @ 112.1 mph w/ 1.88 60 ft on BFG DR's. Only mods since that run was the skinnies and E/T Drags. I'm soooo happy with this car!!!

I made 1 pass when it had just a K&N, and I didnt even get the timeslip since it was an abortion of a run... id guess a tire smokin 2.4ish 60....after that it was drag radials, borla and lid... went a best of a 12.47 on factory front wheels, and some formula 16" wheels with the 16" bfg's

Very good times for sure. These Ls1 cars keep impressing me every time. I'm sure I'll get one when I get sick of my LT1. Kind of hard to let go of though, with all I've done to it.

I see you left the LT1 at home in favor of the LS1 huh? Nice choice. That's an awesome ET for that mph. Nice driving! You've almost got my 12.2 beat and I'm trapping 118mph on a 100 shot of nitrous. Maybe I'll see you up at milan again soon. I've returned my Z28 to stock in favor of a black '02 WS6. I should have it sometime soon. It was nice meeting you a few weeks ago. Help me out here...what was your name again, Scott? Sorry, I'm horrible with names.

Scott-
I planned on getting a Z06. I went and test drove a red '03 but my head was in the damn roof! I couldn't drive it comfortably. Too bad, that car was a monster. I've always wanted a WS6 so I am going that route. I want to build a N/A low 11 sec street car that handles like it's on rails. Should be fun! Of course I'll put my NX kit on it too.
