having trouble finding a decent piston, any help?
I am having trouble finding a decent piston for a ls2 402, l92 head high compression setup. 4" or 4.005 " bore, 4" rod, needs to be either a flat top with -2cc reliefs, or a small (4-6 cc)dome with reliefs. I am tryin to stay away from a custom piston and like to go with an off the shelf. needs to be a good nitrous piston also. I am trying to get around 13 to 1 CR, without taking too much off the heads or block.
The best piston ive been able to find is a wiesco, -6cc dish with -2cc reliefs. I would have have the heads milled .060" and have the pistons out of the hole .005-.010" and id rather not do that if possible. thanks in advance for any info
