Default Tuners Inside Please!

I'm having issues with my 2001 Pontiac Trans Am tune.I'm trying to get the shift points nailed down and am having a huge issue. When my car shifts from 2nd to 3rd it shifts around 6400 RPM.......which is about perfect, the problem is that after it shifts it starts climbing back up and then for some odd reason the convertor locks up while it's still in third gear at wide open throttle. We've looked over the tune many times and can not figure this out.We have the convertor set to never lockup under wide open throttle under 109 miles per hour in third. It locks up at 85 miles per hour everytime with the pedal to the floor. What gives?I checked the TPS% and it shows 100% with my foot all the way to the floor and the key on so it would seem that the throttle is alright.Anyone with some insight to this I would really appreciate it.I'm stumped!? I have a graph also if anyone would like to see it. Traver

How can anyone help without the file? Just wait till you get to a place where you have it and the net and post it up.

There isnt much anyone can do without looking at your tune and/or a log file.

Grab them from your notebook and host them on a freesite such as www.filefront.com

Sounds like you need a new tuner.

Thanks for all the responses.I'll take a look at all this on my tune and see where it's set.I know, I know......my tuner is just being stuborn. He's a well known tuner and claims he doesn't want anyone to see my file for the reason that he does this for a living.I guess I understand him on that, other then the fact that he can't seem to figure my car out after returning to him 5 times when he is 2 hrs from me!Anyways I also have timing being pulled back by the PCM when everywhere in the computer is put to "0" for the amount to be pulled. That's a whole other story!!Thanks for all the help.Traver
