Default Oil leak! But how?

I popped my hood and noticed at the rear of the right side of the motor (when you're facing the front of the car) there's a white valve sticking out connecting to another valve behind the head. Where the white valve comes out from the block there is oil leaking. There's a seal there but it looks to be loose and maybe just worn out. I noticed the oil all over my oil pan and traced it up to that spot.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? How can I fix that leak? What do I need and what could be causing it?

the white tube is coming out of the driver's side head. it has a little round rubber seal but it is loose and looked like it never sealed anything in the first place. my motor is an ls6 with ls6 heads.
