Question Alot of fun and now alota squeeking

So I went out and cruised the town for a few hours last night. I did alot of racing... and hard starts. But then I started to notice that when I launched there was a creaking coming from the back of the car. I think it might be my lower control arm bolts losening up. It has been doing that lately. Think it could be anything else?

I think that if it is your LCA, then it will also create a rattling in your rear as well cus that is what happened to me. Otherwise ide have to say rear end maybe? But you would have to launch pretty hard and have good traction to kill it.

Does It Sound Mechanical Or Just Like Vibrating Plastic?

I know what vibrating plastic sounds like. This is my second fbody. It sounds more like a creaking door, and only when i first hit the gas hard enough. I did get really good traction on one of my launches. So much so that it bogged down.

Thats nothing. Im talking about if you launched at like 4000 rpm and it gripped like you were in an AWD or something.

I'll finally have time to check it out tomorrow.

Kyle what makes you think I would launch at 4k rpm? I don't even like dropping it into third on the freeway to race lol.

I tightened it up as much as I could by hand this morning and the sound stopped until it was put on a lift for my brake job. Now it's back to being squeeky. Can't I just weld the LCA and subframe connector together?!? lol
