Default new cam for my tsp 2.5 5.3l heads

Im an A4 with TSP stage 2.5 5.3 heads ported fast90/90 and a tr224/112cam.I put down 417rwhp 407rwt.Pretty good numbers i thought for an A4,but the horse power bug is starting to bite once more and think of just a little more so thought about a cam swap.I dont want to go Too big as i dont want a soggy bottom, thats why i decided against the MS3 unless im wrong and works well with these heads.I dont know much about reverse splits, are they better for stock heads or will they work well with these heads?I see that thunder has a new reverse split cam listed 236/230 .599/.575 112 or is a revers split a bad idea. I was gonna do a T2,but I met aguy local A4 with it with prc ls6 heads and he made 400rwhp,but his tourque was low it was like 360.My tr224 did better or is it because of my heads(5.3)? I also looked at the G5x1 228/232 .588 .574 112.I thought its smaller, but bigger than my tr224 and should get more hp and not lose tourque,or am i wrong? Are these choices not worth the upgrade and go bigger, please let me know.
thanks
john

The torquer 2 like you mentioned is a good proven combo, the A4 is gonna hurt your numbers though.

I'd be willing to bet you would do better in the torque department with a T2 than your friend with the LS6 heads because you'll be making more compression with your 5.3's than he would with his LS6's unless he milled them some.

I see you have the T2 with the 5.3 heads and your over 400rwt.I think I'll do better too since I have the 5.3 heads.I was leaning with the g5x1,but now leaning towards the T2
thanks
