You said it says he didn't search, bring that up in court and it may help if you have someone there that was origanally there since that can be considered falsification and cases get thrown out all the time for one mess up on papers

Dont do stupid ****. Wont get in trouble. Did you or ANY of your friends admit to it? Is there a camera? Cheapest thing to do is plea out to deferred adjudication. Did it tear anything up? If not that should help you out some. When you get caught doing something stupid, DENY DENY DENY

I think the keys words in your OP were "small town with 2 cops policing it." They are bored, of course they are going to go thru with this. Thats why you **** **** up in a big *** town like Houston, or Dallas since you are in Garland, they got more worries than you.
One of my troops made the best observation once.... "The worst thing for anyone is a bored NCO." The same applies to the judicial system. Moral of the story, unless you feel like getting lit the **** up.... don't screw around in small towns. Get a lawyer, the judge wont give you the time of day until you do. Good luck.

its not over until the hammer comes down...yall are acting like he already got community service! daniel good luck. i think you might be able to get off on the falsification of records and not being enough evidence but who knows.
