Um.... how short are the sleeves on the end-links?????????? That bar doesn't appear to be upside down (I've seen that more than once). It's either really bent, the endlinks are way, WAY too short, or somehow the bracket the top of the endlink attaches to is upsidedown, pulling the link up.

My solution was to order a second set of front end links and put on the rear sway bar. While the front end links are a little longer (seems like it was about 1/2" longer) than stock they work much better than the too short ones. I've not had a problem since and the bar is much closer to the stock configuration.

Suspension loaded, remove the bolts, and move the swaybar to be parallel with the ground. Place a bushing and washer on the swaybar, and hold a bushing and washer to the chassis mount, and measure the distance between them. This is measuring to figure out the correct length that the metal spacer should be. Buy an Energy Suspension endlink kit closest to the size you measured.
