Ok its an auto 99 ss. I was drivin down the road fine. It starts to freakin pour down rain. I stop at the gas station. Get back in everything still fine. Go freakin 2 miles down the road to get something to eat. I come back out and evrything seems fine but when i turn the key all i hear is the starter pop but not turn. The only thing i can figure is the water messed it up. It gave no problems before this any ideas before i buy a new one.

have you tried jumping the battery. its very common for this to happen with a weak battery. try it

Yes i jumped it and it did the exact same thing

Ok got it started just had to tap on the starter real light with the jack handle then it broke free and started.
