I think your next mod should be a cam or possibly gears.

Ported TB, Cam or nitrous.

I personally went nitrous before a cam. I'm installing the spray right now. I want to do a cam swap in a few months.

No nitrous or cam.....IF i do cam, ill do it when i have the heads too. i dont want to invest in a 12bolt UNTIL i have the rwhp necessary. so for now im just taking little steps. ported TB...which type? how bout a maff sensor, what are those good for?

if your capable of... port your own tb and how is the rest of the exhaust setup? if you don't wanna do cam/heads right now why not suspension? new rear w/gears? tires?

The only reason i suggested nitrous is because you said you might use nitrous/FI. A fast 90/90 is not needed for a bolton car. My TB was ported my new era performance and i would not buy a MAF sensor if i were to do it all over again.

it's not worth it to go to a 80mm for your LS6 intake. just port yours or send it out to get it done. aftermarket maf is usless (unless you want a pretty black one) like it did. gears will make you pull like a raped ape. gears = quicker acceleration and quicker shifting (top 5 must have mods in my book) ...oh and go 4:10's

a stock LS1 has the RWHP neccessary for a 12 bolt.

i use to have 3.73's in my old SS, and i loved how it pulled, but wont 4.10's be a bit to much. i want to be able to use 1st gear lol.

on another note, how much hp gains will u see from a 90/90 setup? i have not heard too much good things from the 90intake though. can they handle nitrous?

The 90/90 is good and it can handle nitrous.

MAF, not maff, means Mass Air Flow

You got that right brother. If I could just go back to my starting point and have my car back to stock and all money back.... Oh man...
It would be mid 10sec cam only with half of the money spent!!!

I VOTE for 12 BOLT or 9Inch! You'll be so damn glad You did later on, trust me man!

it is good, and it can handle nitrous, but you will likely see squat over an LS6 intake on a mild bolt on car. any intake can handle nitrous, but the FAST intake has bosses for a direct port system.
