auto shifter knobs/balls?

auto shifter *****/*****?
does anyone know of a company that makes a replacement shifter ****, i want one like the stock manuals have,but for a auto with the button on top or on the side, one with the light up flames would be sweet too. i was thinkin i could make one but i don t have the money or time to experiment with any. thanks guys

That's a link to a company that makes it so you can use any manual shift **** on an A4.
However, this thing sticks up so high i think 2 inches higher.

thanks man thats pretty much what i was lookin for.
has anybody else done this and have any tips, or shorten the shifter "shaft" (i guess thats what its called) to make it look more stock and not stick up so far ?

I have no experience with them, but others on here do. Some of their shift ***** can be had with a button for use on an auto. Check out their website and give them a call.

yea i was readin on the flameball site and i have the side button on my shift ****, the stock auto tranny shifter. and i was wonderin if the side push button can be changed into a top button? oh and thanks for all the help and input

Heres mine:
I cut 3/4" off the metal shift linkage and 3/4" off the plastic piece going through the middle of the shaft so it lined up correctly. It sits about 1/4" shorter than the stock shifter did and feels real nice in your hand.
This is the Ichibahn Cruz shifter. You can get it from a number of places online, including Crutchfield.
