Default what to do with EGR connector?

I have deleted the EGR on my 2000 Z when I went with the LS6 intake. I wasn't sure if the connector unplugged somewhere else or if the wires ran to other connectors. Should I just leave the connector hanging in the engine bay or do something with it?

iff you delete your EGR and AIR on your comp you can undo your EGR and AIR and no engine codes will be thrown . . . but if you get a LS6 without EGR like i did it's necessary

Seem you have two options..

1) if you ever have the need to put the EGR/Air back on (for Smog test, selling the car, etc.), you need to leave the connectors there, just tape or zip tie them and Tune the codes out (which you have done).

2) if there is no plans to ever restore the EGR / Air, Tune the codes out and you can cut and remove the connector and also if you want, remove the wires all the way to the PCM to clean up the harness.

But leaving them would hurt anything.
