Options to gain more power.
Assuming you have a stock 6l ls2 with a maggie and meth injection, headers. Now, u can keep turning up the boost, but i assume there is a point where you start putting 2 much strain on the motor, or detonation becomes nearly unavoidable. What else can one do to get some more power, aside from bore the motor and such. Change pistons?
What is the max recommended boost to run on the maggie with meth, without losing reliability?

i dont mind if the idle gets choppy. I just dont want it idling like ****, or stalling.
I dont know jack about cams. a loping cam is ok, just not a bad idle. I would also like one the increases HP and Torque in the mid to upper range as much as possible. like 3-6k rpm range. Any ideas?

Our blower cam will do a great job for you. We installed it in an '06 GTO last week along with an ATI ProCharger D-1SC. It made 560 rwhp on my Mustang Chassis Dyno, and idles great! We had it on display at the ATI ProCharger booth at the Super Chevy event in Indy. Bob

about how much HP\Torque will this cam add to a ls2 with a maggie (10psi) and meth injection? I see people talking about adding certain types of cams to make up for what a maggie may lack up top (in comparrison to a procharger). Will this cam accomplish this goal?

Unfortunitely, i am up in Daytona at the moment and will be for another year (except for some weekends and a holiday here and there). As soon as i am in Springs, i will be coming by your shop. When i do get my car built, it is most likely gonna be done at your shop. And since i know what i want but dont have all the tech knowledge, i will be explaining myself to you and you will probably ordering the appropriate cam.
Since i dont know anything about cams (as far as what all those numbers mean, or when to use what kind of cam, etc), i would leave it to you to order what you feel is appropriate for what i want.

the meth is nice dont do any spray i mean your not running turbo are you i spray but and i use fi and meth but i have a few engines laying around and mine are billet and can handle it if you want to walk behind the car after you push that button a few times then spray you could get away with like a 50-90 shot if you change the heads and pistons pushrods and all do a hole top end then you might want to spray but why when you got meth i just got spray on my car for looks i have never hit the button not one time but to purge for shows that is just what i think
