Default Strange problem with speed calibration

I'm hoping someone can help us out here. LS1 edit seems to have a problem with dialing in my speedo. The car is set up for 3.73 gears and my speedo reads about 20 mph low, when we change ratios the speedo get even more out of whack. This is driving me crazy at 60 mph the car is actually going 80 and as I increase speed the range gets even bigger.

My 98 Formula has a Moser 12 bolt, 3.73 gears, 31 spline axles, chromemoly drive shaft, TCS if this helps anyone with diagnosis. We have even taken the cover off the rear to count the teeth and it is a 3.73 rear.

Has anyone had this problem before?
Does anyone know a fix?

Much gracias for any help

Paul
