Default SLP Fan Switch

hey I just installed the SLP fan switch on my 94 Z, the fans werent turning on and i wanted a switch to control them. i also installed a 160 thermostat. well anyways, i installed everything correctly and the fans still arent turning on. I know they work because i jumped the terminals on the diagnostic port with a paper clip like another board member told me to do. what else could it be??????

Sounds like you need to tune it to come on earlier or you wired it wrong.

If "jumping the ALDL" works, then wiring, relays, sensors are ok. I would have to agree with everyone else and say your wiring of the switch is wrong somewhere.
