E-Nothing, that ****'s right around the corner for me, a five minute drive...
What would be at all the deal with just going there and asking if they received a money order? Sometimes, things are solved very simply even when the worst is expected.
****, even if nothing comes out of it, I'd at least like to see the face of someone who took my money so I could call him an *******, even if it ends there in the case there is no legal option...
"Closure" can help some people sleep at night... Getting robbed and not trying ANYTHING would probably keep me up tossing and turning. I guess maybe it's just me.

yeah like aug 4th she found a deal on a text book for school. the guy didn't take paypal and i kinda frowned about that.. but she insisted it would be alright. she sent the money order and the guy writes back a fews days later and says oh i got the money order and i'll ship out the book the next day. ummm its coming from miami doesn't take a week to get.. so we write the guy back and say wtf dude.. he writes back and says i'll check into and get with the post office. a few days later after a few emails asking him again wtf he writes saying the post office couldn't help him and he is going to refund us in full and send the check the next day, but if the book shows up let me know please..
Another week and a half and now he won't write back. no refund, no more emails. his ebay name feedback is now at 58% looks like he has scamed a few other people. he turned his feedback to private. we typed in his name that we got from the money order (google) and found another person that was scammed by him on a different ebay name. the dudes name was Celso Ferreira.
just sucked, had to spend more money on another text book. she didn't get it in time for her class so was just a big cluster f*ck. anyway wish I had more free time so I could go down there and knock on the door.

That sucks, **** like that makes you even wonder whether to buy stuff on ebay. Nowadays you can't buy anything from anyone that even has more than 1 bad feedback, or your asking to get screwed. Hopefully everything turns out for the best.

And even with a seller that has perfect feedback, every seller that has even one bad feedback started with one... You could always be the one... I hate ebay.
