Default quietest muffler???

which muffler is the quietest (by quiet i mean the closest to stock). would it be the vauntedly silent magnaflow single chamber, a different make of single chamber, or the glasspack types like thrush and cherry bomb.

i plan on running cutouts after the turbos (and cats) and before the mufflers, so i want to have as near to a stock exhaust as posssible with them closed - a little louder might be nice, but i'm trying to keep it as close to stock as it can be.

For replacement stock mufflers, SLP dual/dual and then Hooker (Magnaflow, at least on my car, was far louder).

Custom exhaust setup? Like stated above, Dynomax Super Turbo muffler is one of the quietest.

the turbos act like mufflers anyway... so most anything you choose will be fairly quiet compared to other people's setups.

My cammed LS1 sounds stock... almost... with my Borla non-adj. catback. Borla muffler is my vote.

A Borla fully closed sounds very quiet. But if you are looking for something quiet then why not keep the stock muffler?

i plan on running duals after the turbos, over the axel, and then out the back with the cut outs as mentioned above. i'm kinda limied to single chambers, but the magnaflows seem to flow really well AND are really quiet...that pisses some people off, but it's right up my alley

I have a 3inch bullet and its not to loud considering the muffler is straight threw. The turbos keep them quiet.I would just run 2 borla XR1s.
