Drivers seat bolster worn thru

Drivers seat bolster worn thru 95 TA black leather. You really have to just slide your butt down the bolster to get in and it has worn thru. The rest of the car is mint. What are my options. Can I get just the seat back from GM or do I need to have a apolstery shop sew on a thick patch. How about aftermarket that will match the rest of the car? What have you done to fix this?
