i notice when i try to shift it kinda fast to 2nd or 4th it kinda grinds but it goes but when i shift regular driving it doesnt grind and if im just sitting still u know how the tranny is not suppose to let u go to a gear without pressing the clutch well when i put it against 4th it drop in but like grinds.... what could all these problems be any help plz!!

Probably needs to be freshened up with new syncro rings and fork inserts .
