track tires for road racing help or hurt???

track tires for road racing help or hurt??? i got my ssr wheels about a month ago and i am wondering if the tires shown in my thread are going to help or hurt my in the 1/4. they are 315 30 18's in the back but i think since they are track tires they were made for road racing. will this help or hurt? or what? jw b4 i go
