Default Reverse lock-out and Skip shift

Well i ran into a bit of trouble. The freeway was flooded and ended up going through a huge puddle. Now my skip shift (like i give a ****), and Reverse inhibitor sylinoids have gone out. It is extremely hard to get it into reverse i have to use both hands. Any way to fix it or does it need to be replaced? Where would i find one if so?

You might wanna check and see if it came disconnected from the transmission.
