Default Bad idle after installing Ported TB

Hey guys I bought a throttle body from my friends 2000 z28. I have a 98 z28. I ported it and then I switched the throttle shaft over and used all of his sensors. It runs great besides it idles around 500 rpm. My dash say 650 rpm, but my scanner say 460-500rpm. I did the reset with the unplug tps key turn on already. Should I mess with the low idle screw?

Yes, it is probably straight up and down. I would tweak it just a bit. Don't drill out the tb hole though on the blade.
