Re: GMHTP- Who won?????
copied from my post in Eastern, trying to cover all the boards mrb00formula has posted this:
God forbid nobody responds about the event within 24 hours. I know the first thing I want to do after a tiring day standing around in the sun is jump on the computer
To answer your question Bob, there was no winner of the event. It was a single lane race, with everyone just trying to get the best out of their car. Every LS1 there was in the 11's (and a C5 in the 10s), they kicked butt Miriah only got 3 or 4 runs in, with a best of 11.53@117.88. Her open cutout wasn't acceptable to an Etown official even though her car wasn't over the dB limit (tested by GMHTP, which the Etown official didn't care about). We also found out her new torque convertor was only stalling to 2800 rpms, so that needs to be adjusted and the DA was +2100. All in all pretty good numbers (from everyone) despite the hot air. It was nice meeting everyone, great bunch of people
