Default Torquer v.2 guys. What RPM do you launch?

Sup guys, I have a '00 Z28 w/ LT's ORY, Tv.2, LS6 intake, cutout, and 4.10 gears. What have you guys been launching at and how have your 60 ft. times been?

It really depends on your Suspension/Tire setup also.

I've got a stock rear w/ 4.10s, UMI LCA's and PHR on street tires. I'll upgrade tires soon to ET streets. It's hard to find that sweet spot between spinning the tires and bogging.

i say start at 20psi and the rpms at 5000. if u spin let some air out and try 5000 rpm again, if you hook raise the rpm next pass. keep lowering the tire psi and raising the rpms

If you're on street tires, launch where ever you can lol...On ET Streets and a stock rear, don't launch too high, because it won't hold....I'd say start at 3500 and feather it, to see how it does...

funny you say that. my buddies 98 formula with a v2, yank4000 was dropping at 4400 and cutting 1.53 on a stock 10 bolt and et drag radials. This has over 35 passes on it and not surprisingly the motor went before the 10 bolt. Car also has sway bar/lca's/phb.

Every m6 car should be off the limiter, with a good clutch, DS, rear and tire, you will get the best time.

If a rear is out of the question, slipping it and getting it out of the hole quickly is the only other option. This will stress the clutch but you can def cut 1.7X 60 foots this way.

A4s dont shock the rear like a M6 does, A4s preload the rear

with any car, you launch it at as high of an rpm as possible wihtout breaking the tires loose.

I launched it at 6900rpms DUMPING it with my Textralia with my ET drags bogging to a 1.69 60'
