I only got 350 hp with boltons and cam; Why I have a 99 auto ss camaro and these are the boltons that I have.
-LS6 intake
_Ported TB
- MTI Air Lid
-comps 224/224 567/567 @114
-LT hooker headers and Y
-Borla with a cutout
-comps 918 springs
-LS1 edit done at MTI
-ASP pulley
-3.73 gears
-160 thermo
Is that what I should see with these boltons to the rear wheels
. I will be putting on a YAnk conv. 3600. So what Im asking, is was this the best I could get out off my car. IF not what can I do to get a better result.

. A4 cars with big converters do not dyno well. Use the dyno as a tuning tool and the track as a measuring device

Re: I only got 350 hp with boltons and cam; Why WilWaxU is right on..seen it so often. MY A$ Dyno'd at 427 RWHP, buy I have a stock converter (for one more week anyway) and only ran mid 12's. And the dynotune is so important, but a dynotune is not a track tune... my dynotune was right on, but in track situations I hit the 2-3 rev limiter that does not occur on the dyno. Love this game. TCS to the rescue.

Re: I only got 350 hp with boltons and cam; Why I have not dyno'd with the converter yet. I know that the conv. should help me at the track. I had it tuned to with stand a 150 shoot TNT. So what time do you guys think I will hit?

Re: I only got 350 hp with boltons and cam; Why only way to know who she will do is take her to the track and find out, if you track times suck too then I would raise questions, dyno #'s really don't mean anything.

Re: I only got 350 hp with boltons and cam; Why I'm with you guys. I just put on stage one heads and only picked up 7 rwhp. I think some of it had to do with the differences in dynos but still 7. my 409 torque numbers looks good but i think thats a spike in the chart it probably more like 390. I was comparing my cam only dyno run to my H/C run and they look identical i don't get it but we will see when i go to the track what I really picked up. ZListen to what WILWAXU said "use the dyno as a tool"

Re: I only got 350 hp with boltons and cam; Why I have just about the same mods, but also have a fresh stage II 4L60E and 3200 Vig- hit 375 HP, 380 TQ. (converter unlocked). Nice to bench race with those figures, but only the track will tell. Do you have "before" #'s on the same dyno? Also what were the weather conditions (are your #'s corrected)? I was suprised by my #'s as I thought they would mirror yours actually.
