Default Should I switch to 325 ET Radials

I am trying to get ready for the LTx Shootout and I was thinking of going to a bigger (wider) radial. This is a 600+hp nitrous car without a progressive controller for the juice. I am currently on 245/50 ET Radials. I would like to start hitting the t-brake.

I just picked up a set and I am fitting them now

I was coming out on the whole shot and a 800TQ spike blowing the tires away on my 27x11.5 hoosiers. I am converting to a MADMAN setup and 325s.

Looks like it is going to be an attack of the blue cars at the shoot out! Hell we barely ever see any and I can count six going to the shoot out

See you in the other lane

BTW The down side is the new tires alone weigh 7Lbs each more then my current wheel and tire combo!

I just switched from a 29.5 - 10.5 inch slick to a 295 65 15 ET drag radial n stock suspension and went 9.07 at 155 on one stage bringing in the NOS with a window switchh. I'll never go back to a slick, the car went straight as an arrow and actually wheel stood the 3rd pass on the spray.

I am having the same problem coming out of the hole. And that is only with the 100 shot. I haven't hit the 200 shot yet (trying to solve a fuel pressure fluctuation). You are right about blue cars. Hopefully we will get to run each other Let me know how much it takes to fit the tires.

Scott I am glad you posted, I am also looking for a 9" or 12 bolt. When is a good time to call you?
