Amp Elemental eu700's, or put in 10" sub?
Hey guys. I'm just wondering on this. I put some elemental eu700's in the sail panels of my 00 camaro SS. They sound good, but i'm wondering.. should i get a 250x2 amp for them, or just get a few tens to put in? Which would have a better effect? I already have 2 tens and an amp from a previous vehicle, but i don't have a box for them yet. Which would have more effect? Thanks!

Box would the cheapest option if you make it yourself. The 10s will also give you more bass than the eu700s. Those eu700s definately deserve an amp though
I think you'll be happy either way. Put the amp for your 10s in those eu700s and see if you like it.

I would but my amp puts out 400x2 rms. It's a lanzar, which isn't the absolute best, but it's done great things for me so far. U think i could hook it up to my elementals, and just keep the gain turned down?

You can do that but most use the eD's because they are one of the only dual voice coil 6.5" subs on the market. This is usually a concern for the trans am/firebird with the Monsoon because it's the only sub that is wired exactly like stock. You have a Camaro which is not wired like the firebird it uses a single voice coil 2ohm sub, plus your planning on aftermarket power to them so this opens up a whole realm of sail panel options other than the eD. Just thought I'd point that out as there are other options that don't require a spacer.
