Default Some videos from the track, one showing my spool time.

Unfortunately I don't have the 10.13 video, but these should give you an idea on how it was running.

.033 r/t too I'm improving! I waste a lot of time staring at the boost gage making sure I don't over boost the launch and usually leave late.

Video showing spool time of the rear mount. Watch the staging lights in my lane. I'm staging in vacuum (about 5") and grab the transbrake as soon as i'm fully staged. You can see the car roll a little once I engage the transbrake, I then go WOT. I left on 7-8psi of boost. Took about 2.5 seconds to get 7-8psi.

How does this compare to you front mounted T76 guys?

Holy hell, nice videos. Try to get some up close on the street now, just you so we can really hear it. Any chance at a nicer camera? Keep tearing it up for the rear mount boys!!

Really fast and I'm usually limited by traction except in 3rd. I can see 20psi in 1st gear spinning the tires (no load) from a slow roll. I'm going to eventually get some video of the car spooling on the street. I've had to set my boost controller to open early in order to control how fast it spools.

You see higher boost with NO load??? Weird, thats kind of backwards.

I never said that, i'm just stating that even without full load I can see full boost in 1st gear.

are you running stock exhaust (wrapped)? And hows that 8.7 comp motor on the street as far as daily driving? Wish you could take that car elsewhere and see some 9's because its definitely running them. BTW wouldn't that make you the first 9s rear mount fbod?

my exhaust is a custom 2.5" setup from manifold to turbo (less surface area). It's wrapped from the manifolds to just above the rear axle (ran out of wrap). No cats.

It will go 9's eventually, just might take a while to get there. The engine is fine, I just wish it was 8.0:1 instead of 8.7:1, more boost on low octane. It's a turd to drive with the turbo removed though. The turbo adds a ton of power even off boost due to more air flow.

Awesome vids! looks like that sucker is a blast to drive!

For spool time, on my T76 FM kit, I can get full boost, whatever that might be by 2200 rpm. Roll ons above 2500 spools well under a second. Brake boost is instant and launching my 6 speed at about 3800 it hits full boost just after launch without using a 2 step. On a trans brake setup like yours, I think it would leave under what ever boost you wanted within reason.

Spool time isn't the rear-mount strong point but that car of yours flat scoots, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe a two step in line with your brake would help spool it harder on the line?

Speed, spooling on the line isn't an issue for me except that it's very easy for me to overshoot my target launch boost. I can build 20psi on the transbrake in about 4 seconds and it takes about 2 seconds to get 5psi. I have to modulate the throttle very carefully so I don't botch the launch, the R/T suffers as a result. I normally leave around 2/3 throttle and 5-7 psi.

I need more money for a 2 step so I don't have to concentrate on it.

Man!! that is fast...I would like to get mine in to the 10's I just have a cam and heads right now, but I been holding back a bit cause I still have my stock rear end and because of it beeing a six speed, Im more than likely will tear it up. I would love to see my car pull your kind of numbers.., but I was looking for some advise also. What do you think I can do to get into those kind of numbers?
