Who's going 1.49 60' or better on a 26" Radial tire?

Who's going 1.49 60' or better on a 26" Radial tire?
I'm wondering if it's a matter of people that have the car setup to 60' in that range usually have aftermarket gearing (3.73, 4.10, etc) and switch to a 28" tire or if it's just unlikely to 60' in that range on the 26" radial.
My dilema: 10 bolt w/ 3.42s and I want to run a radial tire. I feel that stepping up to a 28" tire will be too much for my current set-up. I'm not willing to switch to a bigger gear in the current 10 bolt. Once this sucker lets go I'll be running either a 9" or S60 with 3.73s and a 28" tire. But for now...I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time trying to do it on a 26" radial.
The car has been 1.49 a couple times on 26x11.50x16 ET Streets.
Thoughts?

hmmm you have been told its not going to happen....
IMO its possible. very possible. that anti roll bar will help tremendously and let me get behind the wheel :p
i think another thing you might want to try is coming out of the hole softer (a tad) to let the tire give a chance to grab. the radials either like a hard hit (transbrake) or a soft roll out. lets try to leave with the bottle pressure at say 900 psi instead of the normal high pressure. i have a few other ideas to.

Good idea, I haven't thought about playing with the bottle pressure at all. Maybe not purge to help give a slight delay?

near stock...no front sway bar & Welds front/back + Spohn chassis mount T/A, SFC, LCA's etc.
about 500 rwhp ( N20 )
SS4000 with window switch @ 4100
foot brake to about 1500 rpm
tires at 17 HOT
The car leaves super clean and most times doen't even lift the tires.

hard to say, but it hits a hair after the launch and leaves just right without shocking the drivetrain
depending on the condition of the track we go from 4100-4300 and very little launch RPM
motor wise we stall it to 2500 and it goes 1.56
some cars work with more air and some don't as we have found
1.46 60 ft ...

Best 60' I've hit N/A so far is 1.60, but I don't have a whole lot of practice NA as I usually try to run the car on teh juice.
Just added a BMR Xtreme sway bar in the rear so we'll see how she launches now. Hopefully it will keep the car straight and the tires planted.
