is the power programmer full of s#%t my car is a m6, I want to get something to read and reprogram, will ls1 edit do it or do I need auto tap also, and I also need a lap top too right?, what about the ls1 scan master (stand alone unit) whats you opinion?

Re: is the power programmer full of s#%t You'll need LS1 edit to actually program the PCM and Atap to monitor what the car is actually doing. And yes you'll need a lap top. Don't know jack about the scan master - can't believe it would be as good as the LS1 Edit combined with the Atap.

But I just cant see spending almost-LS1edit price for a completely lacking handheld programmer that can do 3 or 4 things. Not that that has anything to do with your post. LoL.
