CAR clubs... Who is part of WHAT???? Hey guys/gals,
just checking to see if you guys are a part of some clubs??
or if everyone kind of just sticks to themselves and hangs out from
posting up here and what not..
just checking to hear what some of you guys think of clubs, is it worth it, join, dont join????
any good benefits. etc...
so all input would be appreciated!!!

I am a member of the Texas F-Body Association. We ran the F-Body day at the State Fair for the last 2 years. It was formed about 1.5 years ago. We have high hopes for the club but have not had that much growth. We will be moving the board to a new server in the next month or 2 and hope to have some big events next year. It is mostly made up on DFW people but would like it to go state wide. Check out the board @ www.texasfba.com.

Yeah I was just on there, but like you said about the growth, it didnt look like alot of members.....
Not that having alot of members is that big of a deal....
I have some experience with CAR Clubs, but it was more low rider clubs when I use to have a lowrider show car.... I was part of a old car club in Albuquerque, NM called Special Dreams... We were around for a while, but too many heads got caught up in the game, and ended up joining Rollerz Only car club and then getting busted for all the drug dealing going on.
But yeah I am trying to see if there is something/anything worth joining here in DFW.
Looking for something that does meets like every month, and gets us deals at dynos/race ways. All the bells and whistles that should go along with a car club. Not expecting alot, but some fun and a hell of a time..

LOL... I do IT Server support at Pennies... That is why I was saying that.
Wow you guys are way down there. I thought Killeen was closer then that...

So you guys in clubs.. Do you guys do alot of misc crap out and about..
Or is it kind of every now and then deal.
