They messed up
It should have used the pos mecham hood, and made that into a carbon hood!
It would be stronger and cheaper than that poorley made pos people get stuck with

yea i want one for my 96 WS6. I want to leave the raised part unpainted like a bog fat racing stripe. And i wanted to continue it to the roof and deck. But no one makes a deck, or a b-pillar so if i do it ill have to lay strips of true carbon fiber and paint a clear coat over it. Or i could save myslef the trouble and do a pearl white racing stripe instead. This will be over gunmetal pearl. Can you find an Lt1 Ws6 hood in CF?

yea if i got it i would paint it and leave the raised scoops carbon fiber for that touch. im not a big carbon fiber guy but i think that'd be cool. my cars nbm so the dark color would make it subtle. and i think subtle touches are what makes a car. it looks good and when you get up to it close and notice the little things it really makes you go wow
