Question on the ls1 intake

Question on the ls1 intake On the back of the intake there is 2 vacum ports one goes to the brake booster, and I'm not sure what the other one is for. I put a ls1 into a 69 Camaro and I believe I have a vacum leak, I think that is where it's at. Of course you can't see back there now the motor is in. There is a sensor on top of it and did not see it until after the motor was in. Thanks
