Default Which is better 90/90 setup or carb style?

Looking for info on which is better for making power, a carb style intake with an elbow or a fast 90/90 setup? Are the carb style intakes o.k. for driveability and tuning? This will be for a heads, cam, ls6 intake nitrous car. cam is an ms3

I think it all depends on where you want the power range. If you want all the power to be in the upper rpm range, then go with the carb style intake and elbow. If you want the power band lower then the 90/90 would be better.

So my car is about 50/50 street and track, would it benefit me to run a carb style, do they make more power than an lsx setup? The reason I ask is it would be alot cheaper if I had a nitrous back fire.
