Default Aftermarket MAF

Are you guy's with fi running aftermarket MAF's? I'm going to be installing a procharger and a 90mm FAST intake along with a 90mm NW throttle body, will I need to run a larger MAF?

Ditch that fugger all together and run a SD tune. If you must run a maf, stick with the stock one or a GM 85mm from a Z06.

SD = speed density. Calibrate the computer to use either a 2 bar or 3 bar tune. Adjusts fuel, etc. based on boost, not mass flow rate... If you plan on running more than 15psi, you may as well do a 3 bar MAP.

I don't know of anyone who has had any luck with the aftermarket maf's. We have the stock one on this D-1SC lS1 engine producing 740 rwhp.

sd is stupid. just tune it with the maf sensor. there is is climate control no nothing with the sd tune. i know you can do good tunes with a maf sensor. buddy is running 23 psi throught a gm one. works fine.
