should i buy this stang
Found this mustang for sale and am considering buying it... car is extremely clean according to the pictures and i am goin to go check it out tomorrow... let me know what you guys think....
heres the description the guy gave it:

FWIW a bolt-on 2V 4.6 with a Vortech will still gets its doors blown off by a basic LS1 with exhaust and a lid.
It all depends on what you are looking for. If you have a nice boat and you are looking for an anchor, then by all means get the 2V 4.6.

went to check out the car today... its a 2000, and when the original 4.6 blew it was actually replaced with a 4V 4.6... all in all a very nice car that i intend to by next thursday

Then it's a good deal for sure, as long as everything is working and there are no rattles/clanking noises coming from under the hood.

I'm wondering the same thing Kenny. Wouldn't be more than 20 to 26 max depending on if the Vortech is a S-Trim or T-Trim V-1. Safely, couldn't see it pushing more than 15-18 without minor internal work. Bottom end is solid, the top end is where the ??? arise.
In any event, for the $$$ if he picks this up, he is getting a hell of a deal. :jealousy:...
