Need some help tuning 224/227 Cam--Starts
I have got it to idle fine in gear and park except when I first start it. So far I have:
1) changed idle to 950 across the board
2) scaled the VE table from 400-1200 RPM's by 60%
3) scaled both Idle Air Tables by 160%
4) advanced timing under 1200 rpm's to 21.0*
Any other ideas what I can try to get it to idle on start up?? When cold started, it will surge and die. On warm starts sometimes it will surge and then find the idle and sometimes it will surge and die.

I have been asking these questions as well. I was assuming that drilling the TB blade is still standard process. Just read the LS1Edit users guide and it mentions drilling to get the IAC's in check, then advancing timing. Hell, I dont know, but I want to!
