i really doubt it. the steering columns are totally different as well as the wiring, bolt pattern the air bag systems are different and have different wiring as well etc.......its hard enough to put a 2000+ wheel in a 98-99 car.

None that retain an SRS (airbag) system.

I put a Sparco 375 suede wheel in mine with a Momo 2401 adapter.
Now I don't know if you consider this 'ricer' or not, but I just COULD NOT STAND the stock wheel (I have a 1SC stripper hardtop that came with the 'plastic' wheel!), to the point of risking not having an airbag to get rid of it!!
I DO NOT consider it 'ricer' when so many GM/f body road racers have these for the control/comfort they give.

This is why I like the wheel in my '98 better than the '02. It's smaller in diameter. I know a lot of people don't like the '99 and earlier wheel because of the lack of radio controls, but I don't care about that crap. I like the fact it's got a smaller diameter, and just feels more comfortable.

It's similar to the design of the late C4 Corvette steering wheel. I love it, and it doesn't feel flimsy to me. Not sure why anyone would be yanking on it anyway.

man, I LOVE my radio steering wheel controls. Except for when I push volume down, sometimes it switches me from CD to radio to Off with the quickness... besides that they rule. But the steering wheel itself is hideous IMO. Not much of a fan of the camaro interior in general, but I can live with it until I figure out how to put in a vette dash setup with some nicer looking door panels in there.
