I got a set of pacesetter headers I am wanting to weld the egr tubes up on them is that ok to do?

Why? Why not just remove the EGR, then get a tune and have the codes deleted. Just about everyone who has LT has taken the EGR off, except for those states that are really strict on emissions. Plus the tune will give you the full effect of the LT's.

I'd say just eliminate the EGR all together....

Yes, it's ok to do.

However, you can get a tune to have the codes removed all together.

Yeah, get rid of em and tune em out. That's much easier than welding .

they look much cleaner without all those tubes and crap, i just cut mine off, spot welded it back up and polished it to a nice finish
